Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and stocking tasks including filtering of fryer system
- clean and maintain grill
- complete general daily cleaning tasks
- organize stock and prep areas
- provide superior cleaning to interior and exterior of restaurant
- demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently
- check over restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately
- maintain appearance of building exterior and grounds
- follow company safety standards and ensure safety of team members and guests
- coordinate job duties with opening team members
- put food order away accurately and rotate stock using First In-First Out method
- take temperatures of required foods upon delivery and document on Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist
- maintain basic working knowledge of all restaurant equipment
- report incomplete closing areas to opening manager
- complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager on duty
