Job Requirements
- Full-time availability with 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to perform continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Willingness to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Ability to work under all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to professional and courteous representation of the company
- Flexibility to work day shifts including weekends and some overtime
- Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedules as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not specified
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property including interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Maintain the condition of trash chutes, trash compactors, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
