Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ miles, sitting 5+ hours, standing 5+ hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including snow shoveling when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
- Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
