Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ miles, sitting 5+ hours, standing 5+ hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including snow shoveling when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
