Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read and follow instructions
- physical capability to perform tasks including walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting 5-50 pounds
- ability to climb ladders and operate machinery
- ability to shovel snow occasionally

- willingness to work 40 hours per week

Job Duties
- General cleaning of common areas in assigned building
- general cleaning of perimeter of assigned building
- removal of garbage and recyclables in compliance with DSNY rules and regulations
- cleaning of compactor and garbage chute rooms
- assist Senior Superintendent, Handyman and Porters as assigned
- coordinate access for outside contractors as assigned
- additional responsibilities as assigned
