Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full range of motion with upper and lower body including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Ability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Valid drivers license if operation of a motor vehicle onsite is required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some overtime and extended hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, Plus the interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Maintain the condition of the trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
