Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform constant walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting materials and tools (5-50 pounds)
- Frequent capability to climb ladders and operate machinery
- Occasional ability to shovel snow, reach above shoulder, push and pull
- Availability to work full-time at 40 hours per week
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- General cleaning of common areas in assigned building
- General cleaning of perimeter of assigned building
- Removal of garbage and recyclables in compliance with DSNY rules and regulations
- Cleaning of compactor and garbage chute rooms
- Assist Senior Superintendent, Handyman and Porters as assigned
- Coordinate access for outside contractors as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
