Job Duties
- remove trash from the kitchen
- operate dishwashing machine safely and efficiently
- perform heavy cleaning duties including sanitation of kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots, and pans
- carry out special cleaning projects as assigned
- assist with basic food preparation tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- support the kitchen team during busy periods
