Job Requirements
- This is a driving position
- applicants must have an active driver's license and a clean driving record
- physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- pass a background check
- pass a pre-employment drug screen
- willingness to attend monthly safety meetings
- ability to operate company pickup truck safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- prior experience in janitorial, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
- reliable work ethic and punctuality
- basic knowledge of safety practices and use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches
- changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
- performing building maintenance tasks as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds as required
