Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to multitask
  • automotive experience preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • pull, push, carry items
  • walk 5+ miles
  • sit and stand for 5+ hours
  • stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 1+ hour
  • operate a motor vehicle
  • lift up to 50 pounds
  • withstand exposure to moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW Operating Way plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly condition including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles after repairs
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
