Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to perform continuous stooping and lift up to 25 lbs
- substantial standing and walking required
- ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- must attend alcohol and policy training
- good communication skills
- ability to interact with the general public, clients, and kitchen staff
- willing to comply with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
- basic food preparation skills
- ability to follow directions and effectively perform work
- positive attitude and neat appearance
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire
- attend all ASM Alcohol and Policy Training Classes
Job Duties
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- follow rules and regulations of Legends Global Food & Beverage
- interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment as requested by management
- ensure assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- perform and assist with routine inventory daily for all required stock
- ensure that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
- understand and demonstrate the importance of prompt and efficient service to bartenders, servers, concession attendants, and management
- consistently stock and organize inventory based on first in, first out
- demonstrate exceptional time management skills and respond promptly to last minute requests
- maintain equipment standards and report any equipment malfunctions immediately
- consistently follow departmental guidelines for sanitation and safety standards
- perform other duties as assigned
