Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of groundskeeping experience preferred
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Ability to pass drug screen and extensive background check
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Compliance with company’s drug-free and harassment-free policies

Job Duties
- Perform daily trash pickup from grounds
- Water grounds and flower beds
- Empty pool area trash cans
- Sweep and clean front area, parking areas, breezeways, and pool area
- Clean pools
- Periodically inventory and maintain adequate supplies
- Perform occasional interior painting
