Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior maintenance experience in high-volume, fast paced restaurant or similar environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to follow direction and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to uphold hygiene, food safety and sanitation standards
- neat grooming and adherence to uniform policy

Job Duties
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas of facility
- conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure departments comply with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- sweep, mop, vacuum, replace and replenish paper goods as needed
- maintain cleanliness of all restrooms
- ensure all light fixtures are properly maintained and cleaned
- empty and properly dispose of all garbage and ensure cleanliness of trash containers
- maintain clear paths for all fire exits in compliance with regulations
- participate in physical inventory of silverware, glassware and utensils
- collaborate with back of house management on ordering cleaning supplies
- support back of house cleaning duties including organization and cleanliness of glassware, dishes, and equipment
- perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and mending damaged tables and chairs
- handle glassware with care to aid in loss prevention
- report to work on time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
- perform other duties as assigned by management
