Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior maintenance experience in high-volume, fast paced restaurant or similar environment preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to follow direction and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to uphold hygiene, food safety and sanitation standards
  • neat grooming and adherence to uniform policy

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas of facility
  • conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure departments comply with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • sweep, mop, vacuum, replace and replenish paper goods as needed
  • maintain cleanliness of all restrooms
  • ensure all light fixtures are properly maintained and cleaned
  • empty and properly dispose of all garbage and ensure cleanliness of trash containers
  • maintain clear paths for all fire exits in compliance with regulations
  • participate in physical inventory of silverware, glassware and utensils
  • collaborate with back of house management on ordering cleaning supplies
  • support back of house cleaning duties including organization and cleanliness of glassware, dishes, and equipment
  • perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and mending damaged tables and chairs
  • handle glassware with care to aid in loss prevention
  • report to work on time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
