Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk bend and stand for periods of time
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is an asset
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multi-tasker
- Solid communication skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive attitude
- Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Support team members in various operational tasks as required
