Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to pull, push, carry items
  • Able to walk 5 plus hours
  • Able to sit
  • Able to stand 5 plus hours
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl at least 1 hour
  • Able to operate a motor vehicle
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including waste removal, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
