Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to pull, push, carry items
- Able to walk 5 plus hours
- Able to sit
- Able to stand 5 plus hours
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl at least 1 hour
- Able to operate a motor vehicle
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including waste removal, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
- Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
