Job Requirements
- ability to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
- maintain cleanliness of property and common areas
- perform maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs and window screens
- assist with apartment make-readies
- clean and maintain air conditioning vents and filters
- perform duties related to pool maintenance
- assist maintenance team when required
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of related experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- meet deadlines consistently
- able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- may require a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- inspect property each morning and pick up trash
- keep management office and landscaping clean
- maintain mail rooms by picking up trash and sweeping floors
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal and appliance checks
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters for occupied apartments
- clean pool area including hosing and trash removal
- perform light painting duties as directed
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
