Job Requirements
- prior maintenance experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment preferred
- ability to perform physical aspects of the job including standing kneeling stooping using stairs and lifting loads up to 50 lbs
- ability to work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- exceptional guest service and hospitality skills

Job Duties
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas of facility
- conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness compliance with hygiene and board of health regulations
- sweep, mop, vacuum, replace and replenish paper goods
- maintain cleanliness of all restrooms
- ensure all light fixtures are clean and properly maintained
- empty and properly dispose of all garbage ensuring cleanliness of trash containers
- maintain clear paths for all fire exits in compliance with local regulations
- participate in physical count of silverware, glassware, and utensils
- collaborate with back of house management on ordering cleaning supplies
- support back of house cleaning duties including organization and cleanliness of glassware, dishes, and equipment
- complete minor repairs as needed including changing light bulbs and repairing damaged tables or chairs
- aid in efforts to control glassware breakage by handling items with care
- report to work on schedule, neatly groomed and in correct uniform
- perform other duties as assigned by management
