Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- flexible to work Monday through Friday with possible overtime
- valid driver's license if required to operate motor vehicle onsite
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, general maintenance or janitorial work is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment
- basic computer skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of exterior grounds and common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs
- maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding areas
- post notices to vacate and other community communications when applicable
- perform other duties as assigned
