Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related experience
  • willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies
  • valid driver’s license may be required

Job Duties

  • Lift 80-100 lbs regularly
  • keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting and removing trash
  • maintain clean mail rooms by picking up trash, sweeping, and updating bulletin boards
  • replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
  • replace first floor window screens upon request
  • assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
  • clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
  • install, move and hook up appliances
  • replace air filters in occupied apartments as scheduled
  • clean pool area including hosing down, trash pickup, and straightening chairs
  • perform light painting duties
  • clean vacant apartments between residents
  • assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
