- minimum 1 year relevant experience as building porter cleaner or groundskeeper
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
- availability to work emergency on-call rotation

Job Qualifications

- affordable housing experience is a plus

Job Duties
- perform upkeep and janitorial duties to maintain property condition
- learn new skills and assist maintenance team with small repairs and preventative activities
- engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with maintenance team
- assist in preparation of vacant units
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- inspect property and equipment regularly
- perform snow removal and landscaping as needed
- maintain building supplies and inventory
- communicate safety concerns to management
- support site and office operations as assigned
