Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations/certifications

- thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- detail-oriented and thorough
- ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
- ability to keep the property clean and orderly
- good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- prolonged periods standing and walking
- may need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary
- successful completion of on-the-job training
- good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors

- ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout assigned property
- pick up trash and empty trash containers
- perform light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces
- wash windows
- perform limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks
- examine property for safety hazards
- report problems to Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff
- ensure heating and cooling systems are operational
- ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked
- modify scope of cleaning and maintenance based on specified needs of the property
- clean and sanitize fuel pumps
- perform other related duties as required
- participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resource
