Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a porter janitorial or maintenance role is a plus
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the property including hallways common areas and exterior grounds
- collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
- assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly
- ensure all entrances walkways and parking areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with setting up and breaking down community events or activities
- respond courteously to resident requests and inquiries
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
