Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire
- physical ability to continuously stoop and lift up to 25 lbs
- substantial standing and walking during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
- basic food preparation skills
- ability to follow directions and effectively perform work
- positive attitude and neat appearance
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire
- attend all ASM Alcohol and Policy Training Classes
Job Duties
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- follow rules and regulations of Legends Global Food & Beverage
- interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment as requested by management
- ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- perform and assist with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
- ensure that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
- demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, servers, concession attendants and management
- consistently stock and organize inventory based on first in, first out method
- demonstrate exceptional time management skills and respond promptly to last minute requests
- maintain equipment standards and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- follow departmental guidelines for sanitation and safety standards
- perform other duties as assigned
