Job Requirements
- Active driver license
- clean driving record
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects
- ability to follow safety procedures
- no prior experience required but janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- pass background check
- pass pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- ability to operate company equipment safely
- physical ability to perform manual labor
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- wiping cleaning surfaces such as windowsills trash can lids benches etc
- changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- cleaning out dumpster enclosures breaking down boxes lifting moving heavy pallets furniture etc
- other building maintenance work as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- performing work on ladders roofs or near retention ponds as required
