Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to perform continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with potential overtime and extended hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- Ensure overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
