- less than high school education or three or more years of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current Louisiana responsible vendor license
- Louisiana state racing commission license to be obtained upon hire
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
