Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to multitask
  • automotive experience preferred
  • clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to pull, push, carry, walk 5+ hours, sit and stand 5+ hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to withstand exposure to moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
