Job Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment screening including level-II background check and drug test
- Adhere to grooming standards including no visible tattoos and short nails
- Compliance with badging requirements
- Reliability and punctuality in attending work
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 30lbs
- Ability to work with chemicals including bleach
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Sweep or vacuum hard surface and carpeted floors
- Wet mop only in case of emergency spills
- Remove dust from work surfaces and furniture
- Clean walls, doors, tapestries, and baseboards
- Clean bathrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls
- Stock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
- Clean entrance and other interior glass
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Report building and equipment maintenance issues
- Arrive on time and complete tasks to established standards
- Ensure premises are securely locked after shift
- Respond positively to customer work instructions
- Comply with security policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
