Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Prior experience in an entertainment environment is a plus
- Good physical stamina

- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Basic understanding of maintenance and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment at all times
- Support team members in daily operational tasks
- Communicate effectively with management and staff about any maintenance or safety concerns
