Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work full on-site shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- capacity to bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday
- must be available to assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proficient in basic computer tasks
- one year experience in maintenance or skilled trade preferred
- experience in student housing or multi-family industry preferred
Job Duties
- Complete daily checklists for groundskeeping and cleaning
- maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
- upkeep landscaping between third-party service visits
- clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- arrange property furniture as directed
- mop and vacuum all required areas daily
- keep amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day
- ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
