Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, push/pull heavy loads, and stand/walk for long periods
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, damp, and wet environments
- Ability to work with chemicals and water
- Experience with USDA/FDA and OSHA standards
- Team player with strong communication skills

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure production, mixing, and packaging rooms remain clean and free of debris during operations
- Clean areas where condensation accumulates and maintain restrooms and cafeteria
- Refill paper towel and soap dispensers as needed
- Distribute clean frocks, hairnets, and gloves to employees
- manage used frocks properly
- Vacuum office areas and empty trash in offices and hallways
- Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness in dry storage, freezers, shipping/receiving dock, and outside grounds
- Remove snow and clear emergency exits when necessary
- Collect and bale plastic and recyclable materials
- Wash and sanitize equipment during changeovers
- Follow all company, USDA, and SQF Food Safety Code requirements
- Properly handle sanitation chemicals
- Perform other duties as assigned
