Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- must possess a valid driver’s license if applicable
- energetic and outgoing personality
- able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- great communicator in both written and spoken language
- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken language
- experience in customer service is a plus
- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- proactive and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager or supervisor
- sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells
- clean surface area rails on all levels, the booth, the office and restrooms as directed
- empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office
- be responsible for safety and security of company equipment
- report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner
- pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location
- maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed
- operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility
- shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance or exit ramps and designated areas if needed
- report any known accidents or violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the local manager in a timely manner
