Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • must possess a valid driver’s license if applicable
  • energetic and outgoing personality
  • able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • great communicator in both written and spoken language
  • able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken language
  • experience in customer service is a plus
  • ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
  • ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
  • capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • proactive and detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager or supervisor
  • sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells
  • clean surface area rails on all levels, the booth, the office and restrooms as directed
  • empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office
  • be responsible for safety and security of company equipment
  • report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner
  • pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location
  • maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed
  • operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility
  • shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance or exit ramps and designated areas if needed
  • report any known accidents or violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the local manager in a timely manner
