Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to walk bend and stand for periods of time
- capable of lifting objects with some assistance
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- previous experience in hospitality or entertainment preferred
- ability to follow safety protocols
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- perform minor building maintenance as needed
- maintain a safe environment by adhering to company policies and safety standards
- support team members with tasks to enhance guest experience
- respond promptly to guest requests and needs
