Job Requirements
- Experience with grounds maintenance and landscaping preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
- good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to return equipment and supplies to designated areas efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- valid driver’s license may be required
Job Duties
- Maintain and care for the grounds including landscaping lawn care and general outdoor upkeep
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the property neat and orderly
- assist with moving and returning equipment or supplies as needed
- ensure all outdoor areas are safe and free of hazards
- report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- support other team members with various tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment
