- minimum of 1 year of related experience
- ability to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- willingness to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- may require valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting grounds daily
- pick up trash and litter
- keep mail rooms clean
- sweep floors and remove outdated notices from bulletin boards
- replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
- replace first floor window screens upon request
- assist with apartment make-readies including trash removal, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
- clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
- install, move, and hook up appliances
- replace air filters in occupied apartments
- clean pool area by hosing down and picking up trash
- perform light painting
- clean vacant apartments between residents
- assist Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as needed
