Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with some overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle on site if applicable
- Availability to work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism
Job Duties
- Maintain condition of exterior grounds and interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding areas
- Post community notices such as notices to vacate
- Perform other duties as assigned
