Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking bending stooping crawling and climbing stairs
- ability to work onsite in various weather conditions
- basic computer skills
- reliable transportation if vehicle operation is required onsite
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous knowledge of grounds maintenance landscaping or general maintenance janitorial experience is a plus
- working knowledge of basic interior exterior maintenance hand tools and cleaning equipment
- basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- basic computer skills required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property plus the interior common areas
- assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- maintain exterior grounds including trash chute trash compactor landscaping parking lots sidewalks driveways buildings and gutters
- organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
- perform other duties as assigned
