- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 80 pounds frequently
- standing walking kneeling squatting crawling bending and twisting frequently
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied environmental conditions
- ability to follow safety procedures
- good physical stamina
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- reliable attendance
- ability to communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles beneficial
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

Job Duties
- remove trash daily from cans and pick up debris on the floor
- place clean mops and buckets with soap and hot water for technicians daily
- sweep mop and clean center aisle shop restroom areas management offices and parts department hallway
- clean and perform light duty maintenance to service department shop and building daily
- provide updates on needed repairs in service department
- coordinate with technicians to maintain a clean safe and organized work area
- clean and maintain oil pits fluid areas and break room
- assist in cleanliness and maintenance of wash bays and components
- follow safe work practices and use safety equipment as required
- operate and maintain company supplied tools machines and cleaners safely
- perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
