Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive
Ability to lift push and pull at least 25 pounds
Ability to stand walk and climb stairs for extended periods
Ability to bend reach stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
Willingness to work Friday through Sunday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Must be punctual and wear uniform
Must be able to perform physical tasks required for cleaning and maintenance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is beneficial
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience an asset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and PPE

Job Duties

Be at work every scheduled day on time and in uniform
Follow all instructions for entering customer building
Pick up trash and empty trash bins
Clean windows
Sweep floors
Verify cleaning log at the end of shift
Perform all tasks as trained using proper products and PPE
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Adapt to work schedules and assignments as requested
Interact and converse effectively with customers and personnel
Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Clean and maintain cleaning tools daily
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
