Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify
- Availability for evening and night shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Physical capability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Willingness to perform minor maintenance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks beneficial

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Ensure excellent guest service by maintaining a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Support team efforts by multitasking in a fast-paced environment
