Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
physical capability to walk bend stand for long periods and lift objects with assistance
reliable attendance and punctuality
basic problem-solving skills to address equipment malfunctions promptly

Proven success in school or previous job experience
strong team player and multi-tasker
solid communication skills
commitment to great guest service
ability to perform physical tasks such as walking bending and standing for extended periods
willingness to assist with minor maintenance tasks

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure guest satisfaction
collaborate with team members to support event operations and guest services
report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly
