Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting objects with some assistance
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to perform physical tasks typical of an entertainment environment

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Basic mechanical aptitude helpful for resolving minor equipment issues
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain a safe environment by promptly addressing potential hazards
- Provide friendly and efficient guest support when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
