Job Requirements

Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
demonstrated strong guest service skills
demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and can-do positive attitude
high-level cleanliness and presentation standards
must have reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and community emergencies
must be available to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call rotation

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
demonstrated strong guest service skills
shown energetic, self-motivating and can-do positive attitude
high-level cleanliness and presentation standards
reliable source of transportation for on-call rotation and community emergencies

Job Duties

Clean designated assigned amenity spaces and indoor/outdoor areas
troubleshoot/repair resident service requests
maintain community exterior maintenance and presentation
assist maintenance with suite turnover and work requests
maintenance coverage after hours as needed
respond to community emergencies outside normal business hours
perform snow removal to keep community accessible during snowfalls
