Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full range of upper and lower body motion
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and climb stairs
- Ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with potential overtime
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills to perform job functions
- Ability to operate motor vehicles onsite if applicable
Job Duties
- Maintain condition of exterior grounds and interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain cleanliness of trash chute, compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool area
- Post community notices such as notices to vacate
- Perform other duties as assigned
