Job Duties
- Cleaning offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, break room, library, closets, kitchenette, stairways, locker rooms, storage rooms, and other work areas
- informs supervisor of problems, concerns, and safety issues
- places wet floor signs out and umbrella bags as needed
- sweeping floors using brooms and mops
- cleaning rugs, carpets, furniture using a vacuum
- dusting furniture and equipment
- polishing brass
- dusting woodwork
- emptying wastebaskets
- transporting trash to disposal area and recycling to designated areas
- replenishing restroom supplies
- spot cleaning carpet
- responds to phone calls from designated government points of contact
- responsible for carts for restrooms and trash and recycling
- responds to emergency phone calls in their assigned building
- responsible for producing quality work
- responsible for appropriate conduct and demeanor as dictated by Didlake policy
- responsible for following safety standards and guidelines in the proper use of the equipment and other activities
- completes and maintains all Didlake required training
