Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capability to lift heavy items up to company standards
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Flexibility to work full-time Monday through Friday with varying hours
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots, and clean cooking stations and equipment to ensure smooth service flow
- Scrape and rinse food from dishes and use dishwashing machines or hand wash as needed
- Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with receiving heavy deliveries and transporting to storage areas observing safe lifting standards
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
- Adhere to company policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Perform other duties as assigned
