Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Ability to respond promptly when on call
Job Qualifications
- General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Duties
- Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features
- Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents
- Maintain a high-level of customer service
- Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal
- Perform other duties as required
