Job Qualifications

- Successful completion of on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis

- Basic understanding of safety and maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks throughout assigned property
- Pick up trash and empty trash containers
- Perform light repairs such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing shared facilities and common spaces
- Wash windows
- Perform limited grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and snow removal
- Examine property for safety hazards and report issues
- Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational
- Stock cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Clean and sanitize fuel pumps
- Participate in team efforts to achieve company goals
- Report unsafe activities to supervisors
