Job Requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain common areas of the building including hallways lobbies and other public spaces
- Ensure restrooms are stocked and cleaned regularly
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor repairs
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
