Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of one year of janitorial experience in basic maintenance, cleaning, or related fields
- Ability to follow safety protocols when using equipment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Responsible for replacing light bulbs
- Cleaning public areas, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, passageways, elevators, stairwells, locker rooms, and other areas as assigned
- Cleaning corridors, staircases, and office space by sweeping, mopping, scouring and vacuuming
- Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels, and woodwork
- Transporting trash and waste to a disposal area, as well as emptying trash and garbage containers
