Job Duties

Cleaning common areas
taking out trash and recycling
inspecting furniture, decor, and other fixtures for repairs or deep cleaning needs
reporting safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager
ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies
assisting residents with deliveries such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, and packages
operating the service elevator
assisting with emergency response services such as sidewalk snow removal
performing other duties as assigned
